Tommy Devlin is an Estimator/Project Manager for Eurotech Construction and has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years.

He has been on the board for the Solace House for three years and has been involved with fundraising for their annual golf outing.

Tommy graduated at the University of Vermont for construction management and sustainability.
