Rebecca was instrumental in establishing Solace House, Inc. in New York and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Prior to her appointment as CEO of Solace House, she served as the Social Care Manager for the New York Irish Center, a community based not-for-profit organization, providing a holistic social care and welfare program. Working closely with numerous cultural agencies to identify the specific needs and requirements of the Irish American diaspora,  she developed social strategies focused on the overall mental health and well-being of senior members of the community.
